Sounds simple but unfortunately nothing is that easy when it comes to understanding the ever changing algorithms used by the search engines. Increasing your quality score is not just a question of stuffing in some keywords and buying in a load of links (oh if only it was that easy!) The truth is, not all incoming links are considered ‘good’ by the search engines. Many are considered invalid and even detrimental to your ‘quality score’. Search engines, Google in particular, like to see a mix of links building over time.



We know how difficult it can be to gain the necessary experience in order to forge a career in digital marketing. That’s why we’re offering a work experience scheme which for the right candidates, could turn into a full time, paid position within the agency.

Whether you want to volunteer for a couple of weeks, a month or a couple of months, full time or part time, we want to hear from you. Selected candidates will attend an informal interview with a couple of members of the team to discuss your experience to date and see how you’d fit into our team.

We are searching for an Account Executive to seek out new clients and manage and develop and existing portfolio of great brands and businesses.


  • Assisting with new business preparation, presentations and attending pitches with responsibility for ongoing client development
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Writing business proposals for all current and potential business
  • Building a strong relationship with clients, managing the day-to-day running of accounts
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of campaigns to customer needs and objectives
  • Creating and maintaining key account documents including contact reports and marketing briefs
  • Presenting and leading client meetings
  • Communicate clearly the progress of campaigns to higher management


  • Good understanding of the digital environment and a sound knowledge of emerging digital trends
  • Strong communication skills
  • A degree in Marketing would be an advantage
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Understanding of SEO (Google and other search-engines) and social media would be an advantage
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in sales and account management
  • Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence

We’re an awesome online marketing agency in South Yorkshire and we’re currently looking for a new Social Media Assistant. You’ll need to live and breathe social media, and be able to wear several different hats in the space of one day (we’re not kidding, our clients range from babies to pet food!) The role of the Social Media Assistant is to contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the agency’s social media campaigns for some of the biggest brands and companies out there and help to develop new strategies for new prospects. The right person for the role will need to be highly organised, with the ability to juggle numerous projects at once. You’ll also need to wholeheartedly embrace different brands and have an endless stream of creative ideas.


  • Assist with the implementation of day-to-day social media campaigns
  • Assist in the management of several online communities – answering questions, responding to comments, and engaging with the audience
  • Help to create a ‘brand persona’ and be one of the go to people for the brand on social media
  • Carry out successful research and planning to help create social media campaigns
  • Ensure that all work is completed within deadlines and to the highest standard
  • Thoroughly understand the clients’ markets and push innovative ideas and strategies
  • Create relationships with other brands and bloggers on behalf of our clients
  • Work closely with Social Media Manager, Executives, and SEO marketing team in order to exceed client’s expectations.


  • Educated at degree level or with relevant experience
